  I was eating my burrito and had a bunch of weird stuff in my burrito like a straight up chunk of carpet. Never again. If you zoom in you can see the chunk of stuff that was in my burrito on the wrapper.

  Now that the store is automated up front the workers there will literally ignore you when you are trying to order. It's all kiosks for ordering, which is fine. But when I had a question I went to the counter and the staff all just completely acted as though I were Invisible. Finally after 8 minutes of standing and waiting for a human to talk to me I asked what page their new limited time item that they are literally advertising on the screens and kiosk was on. It was then that I was informed that this location doesn't have the tortillas for that item.

  My order was messed up I called them about it and then the next day I went up there and there was no good customer service
