  I got a sub at this location today around 12:00 and I was in line waiting for my sub and the manager was INCREDIBLY rude to her employee I felt so bad for the employee. The manager was probably in her 50s but the employee she was yelling at was probably mid 20s. What a shame to have someone that rude in a manger position. I can tell what she was saying was ruining the employees day. She kept DEMANDING her to do different things and you can tell it made everyone in the line uncomfortable. If I were a general manager I wouldn’t let this fly, that behavior was super uncalled for!! I understand everyone has bad days but you should never take that out on the people around you like she was doing. Was truly in shock seeing how she spoke to the other employee.

  Unless you are an online order pickup, do not come here! They will only take your order after the online orders are started. If you love waiting in line for 15 minutes with nobody in front of you, this is your spot. Sorry but waiting 15 minutes in line for a sub par sub isnt worth it. Go 5 minutes south and McDonald's will serve you 100 times faster and taste better.

  didn’t even get inside to order. pulled in a parked and was given a dirty and annoyed look by the lady inside who was getting ready to mop the floors. I understand it’s frustrating having people come in right before close but this was 2.5hrs before they closed… Not really a fan to go here, some of the staff is just plain out rude.
