- AAAaliyah Allison6 days ago1.0Service was very fast in taking the order, but the food was eh okay & the fries were soggy. This is the very first time I felt out of place at an “Five Guys”. It stinks really bad & we were stared at the whole time. We didn’t understand why, every time we’d look up, they’d look away. It was weird & honestly unfairly discrimination. My family & I will never be back to eat here .
- CTChris TroostApr 22, 20261.0Food was made wrong and hamburgers were raw in the middle. The fries were soggy with gease. The buns are different, why change a good thing. We stop every time we come to Holland cuz we can't get it in the UP and then we get disgusted with our service and our burgers.

So I don’t know if I ordered food online on a bad day or maybe new cooks, but I picked up my order, and came home ready to eat. Took the fries out and it was full of salt, literally fries drenched in a salt bath. I ordered regular fries, not cajun, mind you. Usually there’s not that much salt but this time was unbearable. Couldn’t eat the fries without a mouthful of salt. Also, I ordered a cheeseburger and added an extra patty, which i paid almost $4 extra for. Guess what? There was no extra patty…. A regular cheeseburger should come with 2 patties, and if I added an extra patty it should’ve came with 3… First time being disappointed by Five Guys. What a waste of money. I won’t trust this location to be ordering online again, next time I’ll have to babysit the cooks to make sure my order’s correct.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
