So through doordash, I ordered 3 Junior bacon cheeseburgers plus ketchup and pickle.. and all I got on them was ketchup and pickle. No bacon, no tomatoes, no lettuce, & no mayo. I then decided to give them another chance and reorder them & asked the dasher to point out to the workers the correct ingredients I wanted.. and he said he told them & showed them my message. And the next 3 burgers were still done exactly the wrong way.. ketchup and pickle only. So I asked for a refund and only got $3. Even though it was $13. So I decided to call Wendys to politely complain about the burgers.. as I've now spent almost $20 on wrong burgers. And the manager (female) was BEYOND rude... snotty... full on attitude. Cutting me off... not listening to anything I was saying and just repeating the same phrase over and over! And then she hung up. I will never be ordering from them again & will be spreading the word! See the pics... these are five (so called) Jr bacon cheeseburger (which is supposed to have bacon, lettuce, tomatoe & mayo) plus ketchup and pickle.
