I came in to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready, yet after 10 minutes of waiting I was told it still wasn’t done. Another 10 minutes passed with no communication. Only when I asked for a manager did my food suddenly “appear”—clearly it had been sitting on the counter the entire time. The lack of attention and customer service was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I should have looked at the reviews before going to this lack of a place.

After repeating my order three times to the girl taking it, I drove up to the window. She didn’t greet me—just gave me the total and took my card. She returned it with the receipt and said, “Your food will be out soon.” I checked the receipt because I had trouble placing the order and wanted to confirm it was entered correctly. I had specifically asked for my items without tomato, but the receipt didn’t reflect that.
When she handed me the food, I asked if it had been made as requested. She snapped, “You didn’t say no tomato.” I told her I had—three times. She took the food back, spoke to someone, then returned and said, “Well, the cooks heard that and they made it correctly.” No apology. Just attitude.
While waiting for my food, I saw her hold her pinky under the freeze machine, waiting for it to drip. When it finally did, she put her finger in her mouth and sucked the liquid off. Absolutely disgusting.
This heavy-set young girl with braces clearly doesn’t care about food safety or customer service. She should be fired. I will never return to this location.

The store is clean. Your food comes out fresh and good tasting! Just to receive your food is a little slow. For me I dont mind wait an extra 5 mins if my food comes out hot and fresh. But if your in a hurry they are not super quick.

I always have a terrible experience here. I rarely stop by this location simply because two things portion size and cleanliness. The one time I went inside the kitchen there was a terrible mess. food all over the floor and counters I’m surprised no body slipped or was hurt from running around in there. some staff and gloves others did not. while I still ordered a few times from this location, the drive through experience was no better. Staff are nice, but I find it so aggravating to order my food and spend so much money after a long existing day at work and get only rice and sour cream on my steak burrito and just sour cream and very very very little meat on my hard shell tacos. Tonight will be the last time for a very long time I stop at the Zeeland, Chicago drive location.
