Place sucks. The staff there are very rude, not helpful at all,and act like they don't want to be there. So with that being said, spirals out of control where the whole place is ran like crap. -0- stars....

I came in to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready, yet after 10 minutes of waiting I was told it still wasn’t done. Another 10 minutes passed with no communication. Only when I asked for a manager did my food suddenly “appear”—clearly it had been sitting on the counter the entire time. The lack of attention and customer service was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I should have looked at the reviews before going to this lack of a place.

After repeating my order three times to the girl taking it, I drove up to the window. She didn’t greet me—just gave me the total and took my card. She returned it with the receipt and said, “Your food will be out soon.” I checked the receipt because I had trouble placing the order and wanted to confirm it was entered correctly. I had specifically asked for my items without tomato, but the receipt didn’t reflect that.
When she handed me the food, I asked if it had been made as requested. She snapped, “You didn’t say no tomato.” I told her I had—three times. She took the food back, spoke to someone, then returned and said, “Well, the cooks heard that and they made it correctly.” No apology. Just attitude.
While waiting for my food, I saw her hold her pinky under the freeze machine, waiting for it to drip. When it finally did, she put her finger in her mouth and sucked the liquid off. Absolutely disgusting.
This heavy-set young girl with braces clearly doesn’t care about food safety or customer service. She should be fired. I will never return to this location.
