  Worst service ever. I was craving Taco Bell for the longest time. Came in and ordered at the kiosk. Food wait was around maybe 10 minutes. They forgot to give me a drink cup for my drink. I stood at the register and tried to get a worker to help me. No one helped me out. After 5 minutes of waiting I tried to call someone over. No one came over. They all looked at me yes but ignored me. Until I waved my hand around. Finally got my drink. I opened my bag in my car and they forgot my chips and guacamole. I drove away though because I didn’t want to deal with that again.

  I didn't like that going inside had to use a order screen and after finishing it didn't give me a physical receipt only email or text gathering more information won't be doing this again. Protect my privacy!!!! Stop automation

  Horrible customer service have to wait over 15 minutes or longer every time I go to this one, just to order my food. Its as if they are making food 1 item at a time.
