Placed an online order and they tried to say they never got the order, even though our card was charged and I received email confirmation. Once given the order number they tried saying it was under a different name-but the receipt matched all the info we gave them. Never tip in advance, the service sucks and they won’t ever have your order done when you show up. At least never for me 🤷♀️
