- CMCindy McallisterJan 3, 20264.0I placed a pickup order (which I do on occasion). This place really should be called Chicken Ranch because their broasted chicken is delicious! I'm sorry but, pizza is pizza, you can get that anywhere but broasted Chicken is hard to find. The only reason I didn't give the service and atmosphere 5 stars is because I went through the drive through to pick up my order and there was nobody at the drive through window. They do have a buzzer that you can ring to let someone know you're there but, it wasn't working. I rang the buzzer several times and then I had to knock on the window pretty hard several times and nobody came. I was just getting ready to call the store when someone finally came to the window. I said to her that I thought the buzzer must be broken and she said, "Oh yeah, we need to get that fixed." So, they were aware of it. As a minimum, they should have placed a note in the window letting customers know that the buzzer didn't work. Either way, the chicken and potato wedges were as delicious, as always!
