  My wife and I usually order pizza on Friday night and this week we decided to try the local Pizza Hut. We never eat there as we've had bad experiences in the past and unfortunately, this restaurant was no different. The online ordering was easy and we got a great deal on a large New Yorker pizza which is one of our favorite styles of pizza. My wife went to pick it up and was gone for a very long time despite the close proximity of the restaurant to our house. When she got home with the pizza she explained to me what the lady at the restaurant told her. "When I got there the lady told me the pizza wasn't ready because it had to be put back into the oven because it wasn't cooked "well done " per our order." Ok, understandable issue. Then she went on to explain that the pizza had already been cut prior to being placed back into the oven. I've eaten a lot of pizza in my short 33 years, and folks this was one of the worst looking pizzas I have ever seen. The middle was a mess of cheese and undercooked dough. I grabbed a piece and it felt lukewarm at best and only half the piece came out of the box when I grabbed it. The rest was stuck to the middle of the box in a giant blob that strongly resembled Pete Za Hutt of Brooks' Spaceballs. Bottom line: avoid this place at all costs. It took forever to get the worst pizza I've ever seen and although I got my money back our dinner plans were ruined and my displeasure was treated as a huge inconvenience for the restaurant. If you're in the area and want good pizza my recommendations are as follows: Jets on Washington Doebs near Lake Macatawa Village Inn on Washington All three have delicious food that has been reliable and quality. Do not eat here!

  So tired of them not having delivery drivers to deliver food especially when me and my family are hungry and need an easy meal. Tired of my food being served cold by the time it gets here.

The quality of the food was excellent. It truly reminded me of the great Pizza Hut I used to love. Everything was fresh and hot. A request for the corporate menu team: Please, please, please bring back the original Marinara Pasta Bakes! Also, I really miss some of the original sandwiches and salads from the old Bistro Pizza menu. I know many other long-time customers would love to see them return, especially if the quality is as good as it is at this location.

  My pepperoni lovers pizza had 6 pepperoni on it and i git honey BBQ wings when I ordered garlic parm. Order was 25 minutes late.dont order from here.
