I moved one space in line at the drive-through after waiting for five minutes on a Saturday morning. I have to get to work. This isn’t fast food if it’s not fast.

The night manager was very nice and gave me a free lemonade that was made by mistake. And we had a good few min conversation while I waited for my food that was being made fresh.

Ordered a large cafe mocha at drive thru, paid and pulled up to get my order. After watching the employee milling around, he made my drink and I could see that it was not a large. He handed out to me while looking away. I got his attention and informed him that I ordered a large. He pointed at the screen and that I ordered a medium. The employee got it wrong and this guy decided to argue with me and dismiss me by closing the window walking away. He came back and let him know what I thought about his attitude and how he talks to customers. Just rude and disrespectful. He should be taken out of any customer interactions.
