Sat in line for 40 mins in the drive through because people don’t know how to use a line. People getting trapped in parking spots for 30+ mins. Something needs to be figured out out there. Not to mention missed out on breakfast menu by one minute because of it and the staff refused to let me get a single sausage McMuffin because it was a minute past. Very annoying.

I decided to purchase a happy meal toy for my elementary-aged child. The displayed toys were action figures. When we received our meal, we opened up the happy meal to find a board book that was geared towards babies 12 months or younger. I went up to the counter and explained that this was not what I was expecting, and the response I received was, "Sorry, we're out of the other toys."
My child actually handled the disappointment well, but what should have happened is that when I ordered the happy meal, the staff should have explained that they were out of the action figures and verified that I still wanted the happy meal toy.
That should be the level of customer service, not what I received. Very disappointing.
