    Walked in after a long day of work with nothing left in the tank to a lively bunch behind the counter and walked out with a smile on my face and an uplifted spirit because of this team that was serving on Jan 21, 2026 around 5pm....FFFFFF ❤️❤️❤️💚💚💚💚 that's the power of servitude!!! And oh... I should also mention- the sub bread is supreme😉

    We placed an order for our office staff today for delivery. Our order was sent to a third party (Uber Eats) and after 45 minutes of waiting it was not even picked up from the store yet because there were no drivers available! The manager had to cancel my order and redo it and then we had to go pick it up. I was not given the free subs that were offered over the phone or even an apology once we picked up the order. The subs that were supposed to be toasted also were not toasted. Worst experience ever with Jimmy John’s. Not freaky fast that’s for sure.
