Our order was sent to a third party (Uber Eats) and after 45 minutes of waiting it was not even picked up from the store yet because there were no drivers available! The manager had to cancel my order and redo it and then we had to go pick it up. I was not given the free subs that were offered over the phone or even an apology once we picked up the order. The subs that were supposed to be toasted also were not toasted. Worst experience ever with Jimmy John’s. Not freaky fast that’s for sure.

It was drenched in horseradish sauce to the point the sandwich was soggy. The sauce sponge was delivered to my hotel so I wasn't going to send it back. I hope this post makes it better for for other JJ customers.
