    Hot roast beef was delicious as always, but the staff seemed to be on edge. I’ll be praying for the staff. Never been to this location before….the aura in all the other jimmy John’s I’ve been to is way higher…like people are happy to be at work. I actually worked at jimmy John’s when I was a kid so I know well, we always managed to have joy and make it a great experience. Probably won’t be back to this location for that reason, other than the young man that took my order he was pretty chill. But everybody else seemed angry I was there. Huh weird idk. Maybe look at hiring some higher vibrational people.

    The quality of Jimmy John’s sandwiches (especially the bread) has gone quickly downhill— and at a dramatically increased price. I was also told that they could not toast my sandwich and that the reason for which was “above their pay grade.” This will be my last purchase from the franchise.

    you gave me a sandwich full to the brim with meat and i’m a vegetarian :( i redeemed my rewards to get it so that was incredibly disappointing

    Very disappointed in the service I received today. I have been to this location many times and depending on who is working, the service is either great or terrible, very little in between. I always get the roast beef and cheddar sandwich and specifically ask with no horseradish sauce and this is the third time I have received my sandwich with horseradish. Yes, this is very little, but it is very aggravating when I ask for something to be left off and it isn’t (and it’s not super easy like picking off tomatos, etc.) The workers there take a very long time and are not the friendliest. I will think differently before I come to this location again
