However 10/24/25 at 11pm I was very unpleased by the customer service and manager on shift. I ordered from door dash but the order was completed and delivered by dominos. The order was missing 3 items. I am .4 miles from the store location. I called to report the missing items, the staff member immediately dismissed me by asking if I wanted to talk to the manager. The manager addressed me without a name, which immediately informed me this manager was going to be unprofessional. I stated my concern of the missing items. The nameless female manager rudely stated they couldn't do anything since it was ordered on door dash. I asked about the order being delivered by her staff, her staff made the mistake, and I was .4 of a mile from their location. She rudely again stated she couldn't do anything and hung up. I am pretty appalled this person is in a manager position. Please ensure this manager receives appropriate training in how to be a manager and proper phone etiquette. Or maybe find someone else who could perform her job better and be a better representative for your business.
