On their tracker, The pizza came out of the oven 16 min after I placed the order. The pizza was finally delivered 90 min after I placed the order and 75 min after it came out of the oven! Cold pizza!!!!! I called and complained and asked for a refund and I was told ok I would get a refund. I called after a few days later and they told me it takes like 2 weeks. So today I went in and I found out the refund wasn't even given after talking to them 2 times. I like the food that dominoes provides but the service at this dominoes isn't the best. The employee who helped me today was very friendly and helpful but the other people I dealt with were disrespectful and rude.
