Literally the worst chipotle to ever exist - don’t go here unless you plan to just eat rice. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, they are consistently out of every ingredient most nights of the week. Any time you call or need customer service the manager is extremely rude for no reason and hangs up. Pick up orders are wrong. Delivery orders are wrong. Many people I know have stopped going to chipotle entirely because of this specific location (including myself).

Placedan online order for a chicken burrito and chicken burrito bowl. Rice was not available per their website....? My order was ready at the time selected. The burrito and bowl maybe had 2oz of chicken each! It was packed with veggies selected and had a few pieces of chicken. Stick with "Fat burrito" a local establishment that doesn't skimp on meat.

This Chipotle location has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any so called “fast” food restaurant. There seems to be a consistent problem with their employees inadequate ability to properly help customers out. There have been several instances where employees are talking and laughing about some random topic, meanwhile there is a lengthy line. There was an instance a couple of weeks ago where I was the only standing in like for 5-10 minutes , meanwhile the woman who was supposed to be taking my order had her back turned to me laughing and joking with her fellow employees, while her employees clearly see me standing there not even saying anything to her (she even noticed me as well but didn’t do anything). Option shortages are also very common here, how are they always out of ingredients all the time. If there is a line of a couple people, and there are more than enough employees, are you not then supposed to put the “fast” in fast food? Management needs to change at this location asap as the behavior of the employees can only be a reflection of improper and negligent management.

Had a terrible experience at Chipotle yesterday. Arrived at 4:30 pm on the dot to order a burrito and dine in, and there were 5 people in front of me. It took me exactly 33 minutes of waiting before I finally got my burrito, and there was so much wrong with the whole situation. For one thing, they had only person serving customers in the store and three people taking care of online orders which there weren't even that many of, and three people cooking the food in the back. For the most part, the employees serving the online orders were just standing around and talking. You would think with that many people, you could have at least one person supporting the other server who had deal with the long line all by himself. In fact, a lot of customers actually left when they saw how long the wait would be, so good job on losing potential business. Another thing that doesn't make sense to me is how y'all always seem to be out of one item or another. The girl directly in front of me wanted chicken in her bowl, but was told they were out and that she would have to wait if she 10 minutes if she wanted it. As if 30+ minutes wasn't already enough. Seriously what were the employees back there prepping the food doing, were they eating it themselves? As for the server who was taking care of the in-store orders, I don't want to be rude but this guy was very slow and definitely not trained properly. He kept forgetting things I had said 2 seconds earlier, and I had to keep correcting him before he completely botched up my order which was a simple burrito. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to prevent him completely because when it came time to actually wrap the burrito, he completely messed it up and the contents started spilling out and the tortilla got all soggy. What's worse is that in the middle of the wait, another employee entered the store to start his shift, and this guy had no sense of urgency at all despite the long line that was waiting. He took his time sauntering over to the register, spoke to the servers who were prepping online orders since they were just standing around talking, and then disappeared in the back for 10 minutes before coming back to the front. And you would think he would start helping the guy serving in-store orders, but nope. He positioned himself at the register and just rang people up, doing nothing to alleviate the slowness of service. Overall, this was a terrible, terrible experience with horrendous service resulting in a subpar final product. You guys are supposed to be a fast food place, but with how slow your service has recurringly been, it's the exact opposite. It doesn't take rocket science to move even one person around to help speed up service. With how negative the recent reviews have been as well, it's obvious that this seems to be the norm for this location. I know your reply to this review will most likely be some generic response, and that management will continue to let this sorry state of affairs continue.

I went in today and was charged $11 for a kids quesadilla meal. I was charged $5 for the sides that should come with the meal. Not a single staff member knew what was going on and were all incredibly rude. When I asked for clarification on why a kids quesadilla was the same price as a bowl they threw their training menu at me and told me to look through it myself so i knew how to order. They then overcharged me, charging me over double the price of my meal, and were incredibly rude. Do not visit this location they are very rude and the quality of food is terrible.
