I expected my drink to look like what they have posted for the seasonal items but it wasn’t. I asked why it wasn’t the same as the picture she had and attitude and said I had to pay an extra $1.00 for the whip cream and that it did not come with the drink.

Cars that arrived after I did ordered and received drinks before I did including the vehicle directly behind me. It wasn’t due to a difficult or large order either, I order 2 large 7 energy holiday punch no ice, that was the entire order. Brew Crew member that took my order wasn’t super friendly or motivated. Extremely disappointed in this visit.
