  Didn't refund. I was unaware they no longer do contactless delivery. I was unable to open the door so they took the food back after they tried calling. I called back and they explained they left because they had too many false claims of not recieving food. I understood and asked for a refund as I was unable to make contact. They insisted on delivering and leaving at door and taking a picture even though I said it was ok. I finally agreed, but after another 35 minutes I called and asked for a refund. The guy said "you want a refund?" To which I said "yes", he then hung up. This was on the 31st. I called to see how long a refund takes, I was told min 2 days. I called today and spoke to a manager, he said he'd take a look... Im hoping issue is corrected. Order was 50 dollars. If someone orders contacless it could save the store trouble to call before they prep the food rather than when outside. That way it saves staff trouble of making food if customer wishes to cancel and staff doesnt get upset.

  Wow this store has gone down hill so bad. They forget your $1 cups. The cheese doesnt even cover the pizza maybe 2 tbsp of cheese. They have to be killing food costs cause they are ripping off customers. I wont get from here again. Last 2 times saw the same employee lashing out at other employees this place sucks.

  You need to get more staff!! It is not in our best interest as a consumer to watch one person scramble around to to all the things. That makes me question the level of care that ia put into your products and well as cleanliness of your facility. Just an observation. Thank you.

  We do take out. They always get the order right even though we change the standard recipe! Sometimes they get very busy and we have to wait for order past the scheduled pickup time, so best to order outside of peak times if you want quick in and out. Great tasting pizza. Love the cheese variety. We get New York style. Reminds us of home. This place stays on our regular list. Order online and they will send emails of specials often, our favorite way to buy! We love specials!😀

  Customer service was AWFUL!!!!! I was visiting from out of town so I ordered in the app and then went to pick up. When I walked in not one person greeted me. I walked up to the counter and again not one employee said anything to me. There were 6-7 employees who looked right at me. At one point an employee walked up to the counter and went to the register and appeared to get change, looked up at me and walked away. Remember I’m from out of town and have NEVER been in the store. I looked around and saw a Tv with all the orders and saw that even though it had been 10 minutes since I ordered and the app said ‘ready in 10 minutes’ it still showed my order as just made. So I went back out to my car. I went back in once the app showed the pizza was actually ready, hoping for better service. This time there were 2 people in line ahead of me and again no employee greeted me or was helping either of them. I asked if they had been waited on and was told no. It was another 4-5 minutes before ANYONE came to the counter; yet the same 6-7 employees were there looking at the customers. When a man FINALLY came to help he waited on one customer and then turned around and walked away leaving me and another customer standing there. It was another few minutes before a the employee boxing pizzas came over and helped us. I plan to go back to Holland again but I will definitely NOT be returning to this store. There is no excuse for that bad of customer service. It takes less than a minute for just one of the employees to say ‘Welcome to Dominoes, someone will be right with you’
