    Ordered a chili dog but wanted my chili on the side and they refused to do that, then I asked to order a side of chili and they refuse to do that

    Today we decided to stop at Dairy Queen, the food was good! The staff and their customer service I can’t say the same unfortunately! A younger women w orange/blonde hair took our order. Did we make a few accommodations? Yes. But the attitude was unnecessary. When at the window we had asked to take a large blizzard off our order and she replied “no. It’s already made.” I’ve worked in customer service for years and that had never been my or the right response. Not only that but after standing there for maybe two minutes she slammed the window and another girl had opened it to finish cashing us out. The other girl had no issue whatsoever taking it off our order! If you can’t treat guests at Dairy Queen with some respect or making too many customizations is too much for you to the point you can’t even handle cashing them out maybe customer/food service isn’t the right fit for you.

    The food is hit or miss here. I’ve had good and bad experiences, typically with the burgers. Sometimes the meat seems old, but other times the food is fresh. Done with caution?

    Easily the best Dairy Queen I've been to! Food quality and speed is great, friendly employees who clean often, just don't get the frozen ice cream cupcakes as they aren't nearly as good as the actual DQ cakes.

    This is probably the nicest DQ I've ever been to. Very clean and the food is top notch! I wish we had one like this in my town.
