  Is it normal practice of employees when a customer has a basic question about where their order is at in the queue the worker doesn’t respond? I’m looking directly at him and at first I thought maybe he didn’t hear me but he just chose to ignore me. The tables are filthy with food residue and to top it off my chicken was brunt.

  Do not order online from this location. I placed an order and when I got there the doors were locked. I was able to go in when another customer was leaving. I went to the order pickup area and there were a bunch of people standing around waiting for their orders. They were out of chicken and steak. I asked if they could just substitute a different meat and they said yes but then they wouldn’t because there were still 12 orders they had to make before mine but they weren’t even making orders. I asked them to cancel my order and they said I need to call 800-CHIPOTLE. I called and that person was great. She canceled the order and refunded my money. I then got a notification my order was ready to pick up almost an hour after it was supposed to be ready 😂

  Had a pickup around 6:20 mind you i ordered almost an hour and a half before that time when I got to the restaurant there was a whole wave of people in line because the steak and chicken ran out. Beyond disappointed that my order wasn’t even ready until almost 6:50.. like no one should have to wait that long. THEN i’m just now opening my bag to see if my items were done correctly and they forgot my side and this girl who looked a mess with glitter on her eyes just told me to “wait for the first orders to be prepped” like no way yall couldn’t just get me my side right then and there waiting an extra 15 minutes.. Service and cleanliness is absolutely absurd and horrible here.

  I ordered a kids quesadilla and they didn’t even hear it up. It was just a tortilla with cheese in it not even melted. I’ve been here multiple times and every time it just gets worse. It’s so dirty, and all the workers are so mean. I will not be coming back!

  They had 2 people working online orders and one single person working kitchen, line, and cashier all at the same time. The line wasn't moving at all. We've run into this multiple times at this location so it seems to be a consistent issue. We left to go to a different location and will avoid this one in the future.
