  The burger was out of this 🌎 world good! Our server was not, never asked if we needed refills, had to get the manager to find her so we could get our bill, told her we was in a hurry and she stopped at 2 tables before she rang us out! It was our first time to a Buffalo Wild Wings, not a good experience!

  First of all I did a pick up order, and the lady that was working the counter was extremely rude to the customers in front of me.. they had a language barrier and she’s being extremely hostile and yelling at them. Secondly I ordered bbq boneless wings, I said boneless not sauce less. The wings barely had any sauce on them. Probably won’t be coming here again anytime soon. I stopped coming for over a year and thinking for some odd reason they may have gotten better. Nope wrong. And this is all coming from a person tha never leaves reviews

  I just got back from trying to pick up an order at the Holland Branch and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was going to order online but found that their website didn't let you say how many wings of what flavor for the 20 wings + fries combo for 21.99 so I called the store instead to place the order so I could make sure the quantities were right. The first question I asked them was whether I could get that same combo ordering via the phone--I stated the name and the price of it and said I was making sure that it wasn't just a web promo. They said it was fine so I placed my order. During the order, we even joked how it was weird that buying 20 bone in wings + fries is cheaper than ordering just 20 bone in wings because of the promo. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the price was 30+ dollars rather than the promo price of 21.99. I asked how that could be, and the person helping me at the front went and asked the manager and said it was web promo only and that there was nothing that could be done about it. I asked if they could make an exception this one time to give me that pricing since I had explicitly asked and been told it was okay and the answer was no. I told them I wasn't buying them for that price and left without food. I'm still just utterly shocked at the customer service. The food was made, they sell it for that price online so it wasn't some outrageous ask, and had been verbally assured that I could claim that promo. I just got lied to and Buffalo Wild Wings did absolutely nothing to try and make things right. That's the last time I'm going there.
