Placed an order for pickup when I got there people were standing outside the building the manager was there but refused to unlock the door. I knocked on the door he comes and says "why are you banging?" I expressed I placed an order to pick up inside he goes no we dont want people in here trying to eat. I said I am not I placed to PICK UP. He took my name grabbed my order while forcing people to stand outside and handed me my food throw a Crack in the door. About 15 min later I get a message saying I was charged AGAIN for my food. I called and they turned of the phone. So I've been charged twice for my order. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!
