  I’m sorry for saying soft shell supreme instead of soft shell beef taco supreme and ruining your brain. Even though your coworker knew exactly what I wanted. I can hear you perfectly through the window.

  The kiosk has destroyed america. I am 62 retired design engineer worked with computers.My entire life. I could not find the beef chilupa. Nobody around to help when the lady came up.She said it's number 6 and walked away. I could only find a combo dinner with two chicken chilupas. Appears, you can only order large drinks from the kiosk? When the young girl came back, I asked her why she didn't stay to help me find the beef chalupa's she said she was too busy. I asked for a manager and they said she would be right up. She never showed up after several minutes. Two people $25. When I got ready to leave, I asked for a manager again. The closest lady to me, the entire time was the manager and never came up. She has no name tag, and would not give me any names of anyone. The manager told me I was stomping my feet and made the girl cry. What??? I never stomped my feet once. There seemed to be about five employees in the back, all very young. I worked my entire life and never cried at work or seeing anyone else crying. If you are so emotionally unstable that you are crying at work, you shouldn't be there. And clearly should not be working with the public. Clearly, the whole staff is too immature to handle a simple request to find a beef cholopa. Donald Wenzel

  So disappointing. I’ve tried so many times because it’s close and convenient but I’d literally rather drive 20 minutes away for decent food and service. They have messed up my orders more than they’ve gotten them correct. I love how on the app you can make customizations to certain ingredients in foods, but at this location it’s pointless because they never listen. What if I were allergic to a certain item that I took out, but they put it in there anyway? I understand now and then, but they are always so terrible. The shells to chalupas are always stale and seem so old, the meat is crunchy, nothing is ever fresh. I’ve wasted so much money giving them chance after chance. And the staff? They hate their job and show they couldn’t care less to be there. If you tell them something’s wrong, they get defensive and rude. Always forgetting the straws is what sends me through the roof. Today really sent me over the edge when all 3 of my items were wrong. No cheese on outer layer of my GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO. I got a spicy potato soft taco which is made by the sauce it comes with right? No sauce. This sauce was also missing from the grilled cheese burrito. If out, why not say something? Give me an alternative? I have seriously lost all patience with this location.

  Just isnt anything that tastes right here food is horrible even if u get the right order which may never happen im 0 for 5 theres always something wrong today i got a diet mountain dew when i ordered a pepsi its over priced dog food in my opinion sad used to love taco bell now i wish theyd all close there doors its shameful and food that probly shouldnt be consumed by humans or dogs alike

  Service here is a joke! There will be one person in line and it takes 15-30mins to get your food! These kids they hire these days need a reality check! 👊
