Ducked in here for a lunch during a relatively quiet time and was shocked by how the people behind the counter behaved. Two guys complaining about a coworker like I wasn't sitting ten feet away. Using foul language about people while there's someone sitting at one of your tables is not a good idea and cannot be policy. Would highly advise JJ to look into this.
