  Worst McDonald's around. They open & close whenever they want. Their hours aren’t accurate at all. Idk how corporate allows such nonsense 🤷‍♂️🤮

  I was at this McDonalds today with my 5 year old for lunch. And as soon as we walked in I almost slipped and fell. 2 managers were sitting at a near by table and all I heard the one say was she almost slipped too. We go to use the bathroom before ordering our food ,and WOW the floors were so slippery that I had to help my daughter get off the toilet becasue her feet went into a split!! Its like they used a mop full of grease to clean the floors! Just wanted someone higher up to be aware of this issue. Becasue it could of turned out deadly for me as if I hit my head just right it could kill me.

  Tonight was one of the hardest nights I’d had at work in a long time. Not only that, but I got off of work super late tonight, and literally just wanted warm food to eat when I got home, so I looked for a 24 hour McDonald’s and went to this one because it was kind of on my way home. When I pulled into the drive-thru, I was so hungry and tired that I was indecisive, and definitely wasn’t giving a fast order. The guy who took my order and payment, Malik, was so unbelievably patient with me and so kind. Didn’t rush me AT all, and let me know I was good. I’ve worked in bars for a very long time, and I know how grumpy working late nights can make you- but Malik was anything but grumpy. When I pulled up to the window, just when I thought him greeting me and smiling, and thinking that his kindness was so refreshing after my day- he handed me an origami swan with my receipt. What he doesn’t know is that my friend Alex, the night I met her (also randomly after work, after a really hard night), made me a bunch of origami swans in various sizes to cheer me up, and just gave them to me randomly, including extremely impossible small ones to make me laugh. This became a thing. I took that as a sign. I pulled up to pick up my order, and Gerzel handed me my food and my drink. He was also so sweet and kind, and all of my food was made really well. I know this is long- but people like this deserve to know when their spirit changes someone’s day like they did mine. I appreciate y’all being patient with me at this hour, and for going above and beyond for a stranger at McDonald’s at 2 am. Thank you for that, and for my food. Never change. ✨

  At this McDonald's I have had egg shells in my eggs. They don't put your food in a pick up area, so if your oder is ready you have to wait until the employee turns around or finishes up with the customers in line. Other McDonald's put it in the pick up area, there is no waiting for employee service. Update: If you really want to know what happened, give me a phone number. Update: Replying to Mcdonald's message. Don't expect me to go online and do a survey. That's basically what you set me Mcdonald's.

  Placed a mobile order for my boyfriend and I and he picked it up. They were missing my 10pc nugget. My boyfriend went back up there to get the missing 10pc and they were asking for a receipt even though we had a screenshot of the mobile order and picked it up less than an hour prior. They gave my boyfriend an insanely hard time and claimed there weren’t any orders with our order code since 10pm and basically tried to gaslight him. My boyfriend had to argue with them to get a damn 10pc replaced that we never received. What the hell are they smoking in there?
