I have never been made to feel more small than the woman in a bad mood today. Imagine coming to work in such a bad mood that being sarcastic to customers, purposefully giving out wrong AND incomplete food and then saying “this is TOO MUCH” when asked where the other half of your food is.
I have worked customer service my whole life and I know my employers would write me up for this interaction. But sadly Wendy’s will just email me some Frosty coupons and continue to pay their staff so little that they have to come to work this disgruntled.

I believe this particular store is for training cuz.The cashier had no idea what he was doing. I asked for a triple with no cheese playing. And when the sandwich came back, not only was the meat cold, they had put cheese on it. But the cheese wasn't even melted. I let the cashier know, and he tucked his teeth and muttered," hold on" and walked off. By the time I got the correct sandwich, my fries were cold as well. I would have just accepted that, but he slammed the burger in the bag on top of the fries.So I said, did you really need to do that? Another employee came up and asked if my fries were cold and I said, yeah, so she got me another one. That was one of the only saving graces for this place. Like I said, this must be one of the training stores...

The last two times I’ve been here the service has been really crap. Not the attitude but the lack of attention to the items on the order and in the bag when I drive away… granted I should check my bag before I leave, BUUUUTTT why should I have to when it’s two breakfast sammiches and a large order of potatoes?!?!? So, I did not get my large order of seasoned potatoes and that made me feel like y’all were just lazy today and didn’t want to give me my taters. The visit before this I ordered chicken nuggies and they were SOOOOO OLD!!! Me not being an employee can see how these should have been thrown out and new ones made. I would have waited for fresh nuggies!
