Called the store and they said it’s because “they have a lot of door-dashes.” I placed my order through the mobile app so I can’t even get a refund. Don’t forget at this location there’s no path to skip the line either, so even if I could, i’m still stuck in line. They recently did renovations this place, but they should’ve just closed the joint down. Terrible store, I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location.

Ordered a Luxe Box and asked to sub the chicken for beef in the chalupa - the woman added an extra chicken chalupa to the order instead, then corrected it.. but it still came out as chicken. Ordered an extra hard chicken fresca taco.. she rang up a beef sub for chicken soft taco instead. Besides getting the wrong items, food was hot and fine.
- LCLilli CristiniNov 1, 20251.0Don’t go here on weekends or late nights we live near by they rarely get our order right and if we go thru drive thru it takes forever whenever we do I store pickup we wait almost 25 mins before even trying to pick it up this is definitely way worse on weekends! When order and pay for extra meat we rarely actually get it and if u ask for light or extra free things on an item there’s either like none or far to much u can tell the food is made out of frustration and annoyance. Waited 35 plus minutes in the drive thru for a pickup order smhhhh
