the worst mcdonalds in the area. i’ve ordered multiple times from here and they’ve gotten my order wrong the last 3 times. it consistently takes over 20 minutes to get your food (mind you i’m usually only ordering hot cakes and sausage), they run out of items constantly, and then they don’t refund you when they do run out (most recently, they ran out of sausage and would not give me my money back for the sausage). horrible. keep trying to give chances but i will not be eating here ever again

This McDonalds likes to cancel orders for no reason and then lie about issuing a refund, effectively defrauding their customers. They’ll respond to reviews by sending you a customer care link knowing corporate won’t do anything, as all decisions or action regarding things like refunds are up to the franchisee to resolve. Don’t let them steal your hard earned money too.

Very rarely is my food fresh or nicely put together at this location - fries are awful - most always - I have even returned them once - only to get "fresh" fries - that are well undercooked - I shame myself most times going here but it is close to home ! Will I learn and go else where?! Time shall tell!
