This location has gone down hill!!!! Slow cranky driver always goes to the wrong house. Been 45 minutes still haven't seen my sandwich. And I pay $20 for garbage. Wanna call and cancel my order I hate this location or you get hard old bread

I ordered a TOASTED sub for delivery directly through the website & it took 50 mins for my order to be delivered. Apparently they sub out their deliveries through uber eats which was shocking. They advertise as "fast" but there was nothing fast about this. The uber driver had 2 other deliveries despite living one mile away from the jimmy johns I was the last order to be delivered after he drove all the way to royal oak to deliver before me. The slowest delivery ive ever had from JJ's. Very disappointed in this jimmy johns. First time ordering delivery from this location, never again. On top of that the sandwich was cold & not even warm.
