This place has done nothing but go downhill which is sad because they do have a few great people working there! I even had to pay $1 for a bbq and a ranch despite not getting ketchup. Utterly disappointing

Why do the customers that take the time to come inside, order food to sit down and enjoy get served last? We waited in line for 15 minutes the other night. At first we were the only ones there. Then in came 2 more customers that were waiting behind us. 1 of them went and picked up an online order, which wasn't even ready yet, they got their food and out they went before we were even acknowledged or anything. The other customer that was behind us walked out. I understand how companies tend to focus more on their drive thru and online orders than they do their actual inside customers. But, maybe have a designated person to do online orders and another to do in store customers. We're all just as important. We'll more than likely be back, we just weren't happy with the wait time and being ignored
