  Thought I would give this location another try…I should have gone to Culver’s across the street! I sure will next time! Last time I got a #12 no tomatoes. Got home to eat it…they forgot to put the TURKEY on the TURKEY SANDWICH! This time…ordered the exact same thing…#12 no tomatoes…got home to eat it and I got double (or more cheese - more cheese than turkey) and they didn’t put any AVOCADO SPREAD ON IT! Very nice people, but they need to go work as greeters at the Walmart! Your sandwich makers DON’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE SANDWICHES! We won’t be back to this location! Too many options without this kind of trouble within walking distance of your door! Adios!

  They are 4.5 miles from my house and they wont deliver to me because "their delivery map is strange". Lost my business.

  Our Labor Day pick up order ant the Hastings Michigan shop ended badly. Two sub sandwiches ordered with one having not one but two long hairs in the sandwich. It was cut I half so I went to the other half and found a second hair. Both of them were 6 inch or longer. Hair nets seem like a good idea today.
