Had an online order for 635pm. Got there at 630 One customer in restaurant. Worker didn't even know there was online order. Took 25 mins to make lady in front of me food (she had two sandwiches). He couldn't work the register. He was under influence of some substance undoubtedly. Then 10 more mins to get him started on my order. When he kept touching inside of his pants with the gloves on it asked them to change his gloves and he got really upset. Saying he's seen me before. . I asked if he was could hurry because I was in hurry and then he started arguing with me about how long I had been waiting. I finally walked out without my order. It was never going to happen. So I paid for nothing I ever got. Never again.

Manager is rude or he may be the owner. Makes you call corporate to get a refund, laughs at you or hangs up on you when you call to complain.. Corp doesn't have a number so I ended up talking with my bank and they went after my refund...

I’ve lived in this area for 3 years and everytime SINGLE time I either get attitude from the employees, they’re super aggressive or I’ll place an order and most of the items do not end up on my sandwich. I gave this place chance after chance and they don’t even offer refund to try to keep their clientele. I promise, just go somewhere else if you want a sub. They never have wraps (we don’t sell them anymore), they don’t have manners, integrity, or any respect! This includes the owners for not stepping up & fixing things. I think I’d rather close than just wrack up crazy bad reviews that smear the image.

not impressed, apparently the hours posted on the website are not accurate & they still closed earlier than their operating hours. honestly I feel bad for the 1 staff member working, one person to server customer, stock, clean all on their own
