  Had to leave a quick review for this Wendy’s—seriously impressed. We went through the drive-thru and my dad, who has Parkinson’s, ordered a Frosty. Not once on the drive home did it spill, because it was that perfectly thick. Honestly, that made a bigger difference than you might think! Not knocking my dad at all—just a big thank you to Wendy’s for making an awesome Frosty that stayed put and didn’t ruin my truck’s interior. Great job all around!

  It’s ridiculous. That talking is more important than giving the customer their food through the drive-through. Maybe focus on the job better

  Stopped in for lunch at this location and was greeted with a smile! My order was fast and accurate, food was hot. As I ate my lunch I noticed how clean and nicely decorated this location is. I will definitely be eating at this location again. Thank you Hartland’s Wendy’s for the great experience!

  My husband went through the drive-thru today and ordered a chicken wrap and a biggie bag and the lady that was taking the order was snotty and rude and said what kind of burger would you want in a snotty voice and told us that she was busy so we had to choose our Burger. I would think that if you're trying to get business at your restaurant you wouldn't be a smart-ass and rude. I worked at Wendy's before and never have I ever had somebody talk to anybody like that you should be glad somebody's at your restaurant ordering food and you're getting paid for making it instead of being rude to the customer because it doesn't make them want to say nice things to their friends about your restaurant
