Woman behind the counter tried to convince me that the swirl frosty she handed me was the fusion frosty I had actually ordered. As a reminder, the fusion frosty has chunks and/or morsels along with the sauce in them, the swirl frosty has just the sauce. The fusion frosty is also a dollar more than the swirl. When I order food, I expect to get the food I pay for.

Waited over 15mins and the fries were somehow cold and they gave me the wrong burger. I'm not sure why but all 3 chicken items (tenders, wrap and asiago sandwich) had weird textures.

Older blonde women in the drive thru was so rude. I asked for pepper she slammed the door and walked away. She was making me feel uncomfortable in the drive thru the way she was starting at me and my friend and she forgot my sour cream for my potato I asked for 5 times

Customer service here sucks terribly. The food is good when they do get it right but I can’t get over how rude the staff is. I’ve worked in fast food before and I get it some days are bad days but it’s every single time I come by which is very rarely now…
