  honestly it probably would be more than a 2 star but everytime i order from here off my phone vs my coworkers phone my order always is messed up, this time it was no onion and there was onion all over the sub.

  Service-based & financial discrimination against vegetarians - is there such a thing? As a vegetarian, I tried to order the #6 Veggie sandwich and asked for it to be toasted. I was told they couldn’t toast it because it isn’t considered one of their “original” sandwiches. The solution they offered: order a Beach Club—which contains turkey and costs about $4 more—and then remove the turkey so they would be “allowed” to toast it. As a vegetarian, being told to buy a meat-based sandwich at a higher price just to receive the same service offered to other sandwiches felt completely unreasonable and frankly discriminatory. Jimmy John’s only has one vegetarian option on the menu, and it’s excluded when it comes to basic preparation. This creates an unequal and unfair customer experience the only vegetarian offering should be equal to the rest of their menu!

  On several occasions we have experienced this location closing earlier than the posted closing time of 9pm. It would be expected that the doors wouldn’t be locked at 8:30 or 8:45pm- if that’s the case, change your hours of operation as to not disappoint potential customers.
