- EBemma burkeDec 22, 20252.0The reason I’m writing this review is because I had a very bad experience 😡 I love going to this location because they have good chocolate shakes. and today I ordered a medium, but it had pink plastic pieces (not from my straw) blended inside it. I went back to get it remade and the people were very unapologetic and my remake was very chunky with ice and not enjoyable. I’m very sad now. 🙁

Got looked at by one then she continued doing what she was doing without even a hello. I waited for a few , then as I was walking away this old lady said "whatever" like I didn't even do anything just was changing my mind. So rude and lost money because of it. Happy Monday 😊
