    Jody was extremely rude and snappy. Unfortunately ruined both of our appetites. 10 dollars wasted on food that was poorly prepared and rude customer service. Avoid this location if you dont want to waste your money

    The customer service here is always dicey it’s either decent or very sub-par. The cashier up charged me and didn’t even get my order correct. We chose the 2 for $5 a sundae and pretzel sticks, and a small drink as well the cashier rang it in as the pretzel sticks and a small drink, and made the sundae not on the deal so it was around $3 more expensive. The cleanliness here is also very dirty. Tables not wiped, floors not swept, etc.

    Food was Absolutely Terrible!! Im from Jackson almost an hour away and Im so use to our dairy Queen having way more options as far as food but the limited selection of food they had was limited to some old pretzel sticks and some hot dogs that were so hard I didn't even eat them. They came plain I had to go back through the drive thru again to ask for ketchup and mustard I thought would have already been in the bag. 🤷‍♀️ On top of that it was completely over priced. $5.98 for a single plain hot dog, a small bag of lays chips and a small coke is obsered!! And the most annoying thing was the waiting in the drive thru line for almost 9 minutes for 2 hot dogs and 2 blizzards. So glad my local dairy Queen is as good as it is because this is terrible!!

    Decent ice cream, not the best service. They have half off for the last hour during the summer, makes it almost reasonably priced.

    This Dairy Queen has some of the most unpredictable customer service around. Almost every single time we come here, someone is rude. Either the one taking the order or the one handing it out. It’s like basic manners don’t exist. We’re not asking for over-the-top friendliness, just not to be treated like an inconvenience. Food is fine, but the attitude is consistently terrible. We waited a long time to post a review because everyone has a bad day. But it’s too consistent. We will now save ourself the frustration and go to the one across town in Brighton.
