After calling the store to let them know we’d just come in and pick our stuff up, they called back to let us know they had resolved the issue. They contacted Doordash and had another driver on the way. They also reassured us that they would remake our wings, so they’d be fresh. The manager also called me back to ask if we liked boneless wings as they were planning to add some extras on top of what we ordered for the inconvenience. Ultimately, we already loved this Buffalo Wild Wings, but the customer service that was had while we dealt with an issue that wasn’t even their fault solidified our loyalty. Thanks, team!
