I've been getting the brown sugar shake and espresso and it's great every time, but this time they tried to hand me a coffee that was more than half foam and then when I asked about it they told me that's how it's made. I know how it's made. I drink it way too much. They did remake it but the fact that they tried to give it to me in the first place and then tell me that that's how it's made is crazy

Just got done waiting for nearly a half hour in the drive thru and they didn't even offer to remake the drinks that had been sitting on the shelf that entire time. Not coming back here again.

- MWMadison WalshJan 17, 20261.0My frozen coffee made me so sick to my stomach. The first sip was sour, and I thought maybe it’s just bitter. So I tried it again and it was disgusting. I’ve been queasy and nauseous since. As I waited for my drink, I noticed just about everyone’s order was messed up. I believe it was probably the guy taking the orders as he seemed super out of it. We all have bad days, so I have grace. But I used to manage a DD and the sour is very concerning in regards to if they are cleaning their machines properly and using good dairy or not. Do to that health and sanitation concern, I will not be back.
