Stop here for both poor and slow service. And if you ask the server why you are told a made up reason then the manager denied the reason and says you are lying. Worst McDonalds ever!!!!!
Update: got the use the link below entered details, so far no response - I suspect it is a automated message to make it look like they are doing something - if I ever get a response I will update ....

I work in Hartford alot, and this McDonald's has yet to let me down. The food is always great. The speed if service is good too. What strikes me the most is how friendly the staff is. Keep up the great job.

I bought the McDonald's hash brown's but didn't get my monopoly game piece from it. The packaging didn't have it on it, this is the only reason I bought it in the first place anyway...I'm not happy with this at all.
