  Went threw drive threw just to have to pull up and wait in parking spot for my kids and my food for 20 min and they didn't even give me my kids fries.

  They might as well shut the whole place down or just go to strictly AI. They want Little to know contact with the customer whatsoever. Today is February 1, 2026 6:30 am. The young lady that worked at the drive-through was rude and annoyed to take my order. If I wasn’t paying attention, I would’ve threw my debit card away. She put my receipt and my debit card in the bag. First time that’s ever happened. Not even sure why I go there. Every time I go there it’s something different. There’s a few nice ones there but most of the time I just leave pissed off.

  James in the first window you pull up to pay wasn't welcoming or smiling. He took out payment and we asked how he was doing and his short abrupt reply was "I'm exhausted!". A thank you or any other greeting wasn't happening. The next window where we received our order was the exact opposite, friendly and appreciative for our business. Service was fast and the snowy parking lot was plowed. Food was hot and consistent as well as the coffee. It's hard to give Five stars for McDonald's food but you know what your getting and so for a McDonald's, it's 5 star McDonald's food.

  EDIT: Still unresolved and my reports I've made are still being ignored. My house was targeted for vandalism by one of their employees, when brought to the attention of the owners and corporate my emails and reports were ignored. Not only that but the said employee then targeted me and my brother with racial and homophobic slurs, the owners need to take complaints seriously and actually read the emails they get via the email they have put up for letting them know "how we are doing".
