  I ordered my son a happy meal and his chocolate milk was expired.. this mcdonalds sucks. Burger is all sloppy, french fries burned and chicken nuggets over cooked and then spoiled milk.... MCDONALDS you could of killed my son with that! Is anything gonna get done????

  Today I went to the McDonald's on E 8 Mile near Kelly , Yesterday to order the Oreo Irish shake and the five-dollar meal, while I was waiting for my food to be prepare, I saw the African-American female manager with the red top on and two tone colored hair picking with her long fake weave hair she a pulled some long strings of hair from her head, I couldn't believe she's in here messing with her hair over the food , I didn't see her wash her hands before she started back messing with the food, so I asked one of the workers who was the manager I said one with the red top on she said yes , I asked for her name she said that she couldn't give out any information. I said oh okay thank you because I wanted to do my review. I'm 67yr old grandmother and I really wish that these companies would go back to doing things the clean right way, all your hair should be covered real or fake long hair should be in a ponytail and put a hair net on it. If you'll working with food you shouldn't be wearing long fingernails because most of the time people aren't really taking the time to clean under their nails as they should.

  This place is the biggest joke. If you even try ordering breakfast in the last 30 min, expect hard cold food, and even colder attitudes. Today was my last time trying to give this place another shot, they told my door dash driver they didn't have my order 20 minutes after I submitted it.

  The person at the main window was very rude. Ordered 2 medium sweet teas and received one drink. When I asked about 2nd drink that is when the person got rude with me, told me I had received a large drink and to give it back. I did give it back with no problem then received 2 sweet teas that wasn't full. When I asked about it, I was told that is all they had left. This place is awful with service and food.

  Right now it is 4:11 PM on February 20, 2026. I'm in the drive-through line and where you pay at this girl needs to be fired. She is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I've never met somebody so rude in my life, the food was fine. They made it fresh like I asked, but she insisted on taking my phone when I wanted to tap to pay and she clearly had the wand to put out for me to tap to pay. She was just being lazy and when I told her why I don't like anybody using my phone because I'm prone to sickness, she told me she doesn't care if this is you McDonald's I would fire this girl in a heartbeat. This girl is not good for business whatsoever.
