It made the employees disgruntled and one got upset...possibly tired of customers complaining all day. Easy fix would be to put up a sign of what you're out of...because the employee was tired explaining and started to berate customers. There was no manager on site..and the employees were complaining that they opened late today. They did finish our sandwiches up, but the sandwich artist walked off frustrated. Because operations were bad today, they were closing up early. Customers complaining is one thing...but employees going back and forth with customers, then walking out....despite wherever you are.....it's unacceptable. I only felt bad because of the work conditions the employees expressed....but dont take it out on your customers.
