The person at the main window was very rude. Ordered 2 medium sweet teas and received one drink. When I asked about 2nd drink that is when the person got rude with me, told me I had received a large drink and to give it back. I did give it back with no problem then received 2 sweet teas that wasn't full. When I asked about it, I was told that is all they had left. This place is awful with service and food.

Right now it is 4:11 PM on February 20, 2026. I'm in the drive-through line and where you pay at this girl needs to be fired. She is the rudest person I've ever met in my life. I've never met somebody so rude in my life, the food was fine. They made it fresh like I asked, but she insisted on taking my phone when I wanted to tap to pay and she clearly had the wand to put out for me to tap to pay. She was just being lazy and when I told her why I don't like anybody using my phone because I'm prone to sickness, she told me she doesn't care if this is you McDonald's I would fire this girl in a heartbeat. This girl is not good for business whatsoever.

Customer service is very poor. They have very very bad attitudes at the drive-through window didn’t want to correct the mistake that they made when I tried to add something on at the window. She gave me attitude. I really like McDonald’s, but this will probably be my last time going to this one.
