A young lady became visibly upset when I requested my meat to be toasted before placing it on the bread. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and sighed. Despite asking her multiple times to adjust her attitude, her behavior only escalated. I eventually asked another staff member to prepare my sub, and she then goes to the back and begin using profanity in reference to me. This situation could have taken a very negative turn had I responded with the same level of disrespect
