  "I ordered from this restaurant, and when I arrived, another customer had returned their order, which turned out to be mine. The cashier offered me the food, but I refused, since it had already left the restaurant. After a few minutes, they gave me the same bag, and I couldn't be sure if it was remade or not. I just expected more care in handling the order." Keep it factual and let them know the concern. Also, the person who handed me the food this time was a different employee, and he didn't seem concerned or offer any apology about the mix-up. When I asked him if the food was remade, he fumbled a bit, so I’m still not sure if it was actually freshly prepared?? Very disappointing first experience

  AND THATS WHAT YOU CALL A SMASH BURGER.... I wish I had a picture. That was indeed the best smash burger I ever had because I smashed it! Love their catfish. Do not get dessert unless you can see it with your own eyes.

  Cool Establishment (though hot as hell in the lobby). Very pleasant customer service. I had the Chopped Cheese Fries, extra ranch & bacon. It was really good. I grew up in NJ/NY & chopped cheese sandwiches from the bodegas are a great memory for me, so this is a good spot to ease my nostalgia. I’ll be trying the Chopped Cheese sandwich next time.
