  Went here on multiple occasions and got a footlong sub. I got nothing on it except pickles and asked for more pickles as there were only about 10 on the sandwich and got told they can only give me six pickles or risk losing their job. Every other subway I have gone to has never heard of this before. When mentioning that the last time they replied with how they work here and how the policy changed. Gwinn store. On top of that the employees were a bit rude especially the one who was questioned about it. For $10-$13 for subway getting no other toppings on my sub when other people get a ton of different things nothing but extra pickles should not be an issue. The building was also not very clean.

  Would highly recommend not coming here for catering. Ordered two sub platters and two veggie platters for my son's birthday party 24 hours in advanced. We were on our way to pick up our order and they canceled without any contact from the store. Tried calling the store several times with no answer, just left the phone ringing. Called the ezcatering number and all they told me was they were at capacity for the day and the store decided to cancel. They gave me a $50 credit towards another catering order but it's useless since I won't be using their catering services anymore. The store finally called me back and the guy said the ticket came in after our pickup time so he just decided to canceled it, without contacting us before. We could've waited until the subs were ready since the time set was an hour prior to the party but instead we had to scramble to get food ready as the party was getting set up. Everyone at the party heard what happened and no one was happy about how the store handled the situation.
