- JJJCRApr 18, 20261.0Panera charges a premium for fresh and healthy ingredients and freshly baked goods. None of this exists anymore, but they don't think that you know, so they still plan on charging you $17 for a combo meal and $5 for a cookie. You deserve better.

Absolutely outrageous. $9 for tomato soup?? Have to ask for help when you walk in to a dead restaurant, and still takes 20 minutes to make 2 sandwich and pour some soup!! Good job corporate America!!! Tried to add a picture of the “grilled cheese” that wasn’t grilled at all bread still soft. And bonus, a third sandwich in the bag I didn’t request or pay for! 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

I was helped by Ashley and she was so kind, the interaction made my day. giving it low stars for atmosphere because there was some trash, including a cigarette butt on the floor. hopefully they were just between cleanings; it was a busy time of day. Will still be going back because the workers made me feel so welcome! Props to management for hiring people like Ashley. She should get a raise!
