She checked in just the right amount, gave great recommendations, and handled everything with a warm, professional attitude. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and it truly made a difference. That said, our interaction with the manager was disappointing. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and unwelcoming, which took away from an otherwise great evening. It’s a shame because the service from our waitress was outstanding and deserves recognition. Hopefully, management can take a note from her example.
