I ordered a simple turkey sandwich online and then found out they were out of half the things I ordered when I went to pick up (bread type, cheese, mayo, Doritos). When I asked for refund they said they couldn’t do it as didn’t have a manager to process. To the workers credit they tried to give money out of tip jar, which I didn’t take. It was 7pm when ordered and they were open another 3 hours so not like I came in at last minute. Do better especially for your employees who have to deal with the customers.
